Join renowned Toronto musicians Wendy Zhou (Chinese pipa), Padideh Ahrarnejad (Persian tar) and Ali Massoudi (percussion) for a tantalizing day of musical fusion. Featuring works from both traditional and contemporary repertoire, these artists will take you on a journey through the East via the silk road. Combining Chinese and Persian styles, come and witness the colourful clashes and combinations of unique sounds that will create an everlasting impression that music has no borders, no boundaries, and no nationality.
