Known as the ‘birthplace of urban Toronto’, Taste of Toronto will take place inside the historic walls of Fort York.
From 24th – 27th July 2014, Fort York will be transformed into a foodie wonderland for four days of summer eating, drinking and entertainment. 14 of the city’s latest, greatest and hottest restaurants will be dishing up their finest in a bar none alfresco gourmet feast. Top that off with over 50 producers of the best food, beverages and premium brands providing a bountiful food market, and you have the best culinary festival of the year!
Operating much like a restaurant with lunch and dinner services, Taste of Toronto will be comprised of six half-day sessions lasting anywhere between 4- 5 hours (session dependent) to give you time to enjoy your pick of restaurant dishes, browse the artisan stalls and enjoy some of the many attractions including the Electrolux Taste Theatre, Cookery Masterclasses, the Tasting Room, a VIP Lounge and a Music Stage.

A Brief History
From just one show in London, UK, ten years ago, Taste has rapidly grown to become part of the social season for foodies, restaurant-lovers, and chef groupies in close to 21 different cities around the globe.
Wherever it is in the world, Taste represents foodie heaven: stunning food prepared by the city’s greatest restaurants, world famous chefs, superb drinks and outstanding entertainment, set in stunning outdoor surroundings.
全球知名的「品嚐節」，日前在加拿大多倫多，展開為期4天的活動。這場活動將匯集全球最有名的餐廳主廚，前來和入場的觀眾，做面對面的溝通，暢談如何烹調美食，怎樣吃得健康，吃得美味。
這個名叫「品嚐在多倫多」的活動，可說是世界級的美食活動。世界各地的美食家都齊聚一堂。4天的活動下來，超過數萬人湧入現場，來品嚐國際知名的頂極料理。
這次的活動包含有樣品的試吃，也有高級料理的教學。在會場的一邊，設有美食研討會，讓主廚和大家見面。另外設有烹飪教室，讓學員能在大師的指導下，做出美味的佳餚。
活動現場除了美食外還有樂團演出，讓整個的假日休閒，完全的放鬆，也是完全的擁有。此外，還有來自台灣的冰品店，在現場設攤，和來往的多倫多人，做第一次的接觸。
